Hotel Kameya

This hotel is part of the HMI group... A very good experience. The staff were friendly and polite, and proactively explained basic services in English. The senior waiters, including those at dinner, were clearly trained and hospitable. Naruko Onsen is different from other places (the charcoal grilling smell is very unique!) At checkout, a waiter proactively arranged a car for me to the JR station... I could have walked myself, but I appreciate his thoughtfulness... Both male waiters were senior staff members... very professional! 👍

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Naruko Onsen. The large bath on the first floor has an open-air bath but is a bit narrow, and the large bath on the sixth floor does not have an open-air bath and is slightly wider. The exterior of the hotel looks old, but the interior is clean and renovated. The hot air heater is strong and the bedding is light and warm, so I slept warmly even in the middle of winter. However, there is no humidifier and the refrigerator is old and very loud.

It was good value for money. The food could have been a little cleaner and more refined. Overall, it was good.

酒店有點老，離中心的源泉還是比較遠的。因為我訂酒店的時候已經非常臨近住的日期，所以沒有選擇權，有就定了。如果有選擇權的話，還是建議大家訂比較中心的酒店，因為它的源泉比較遠。不過這個酒店下面有一個拉麪館那邊的拉麪的味道不錯，那邊的叉燒特切的特別厚，面積特別大，很好吃。

영어가 안통해서 답답 . 그러나 시스템은 좋다고 봐요. 다음에 또 머무를까 고민중이긴 합니다.

本來看照片不敢定、線下去看了房間才定的。最值得贊歎的是服務人員的熱情，感受到日本人的温暖。老牌温泉酒店的模式，水質超過周圍幾家店。雖然老，但房間找得到太陽，房間也挺乾淨的。和一羣老先生老太太同時開始吃晚飯也是很有意思的體驗。該酒店隸屬於某銀髮折扣集團，老年人7折、所以年輕客人佔比很小。總體物超所值

温泉がとても良かったです。料理は食材も味付けも食べやすく、美味しかったです。
