O atendimento demorou muito para ser chamado porque só tinha uma funcionária.
A limpeza é excelente que o quarto, restaurante e espaços coletivos são limpíssimos.
A localização é bem longe da Estação Osasco que tem que andar muito.
As instalações não são muitos boas porque a pressão de ducha é bem fraca e é difícil controlar a temperatura da água também a iluminação do quarto é bem fraca e a qualidade de imagem da televisão é péssima e estávamos sem energia e não tinha energia reserva para elevadores porque estávamos em 11 andar e tivemos que descer pela escada.

Hotel excelente. Considero o melhor hotel de Osasco. Quartos grandes, camas confortáveis, banheiros grandes, limpos e com ótimas duchas, com boa pressão e boa água quente. Recepção muito atenciosa, que conta inclusive com uma lojinha, caso você precise ou tenha esquecido de algo para a sua viagem. O único ponto negativo fica por conta do restaurante, que é terceirizado. O restaurante tem bons pratos no cardápio, mas o atendimento é horrível e confuso. Na semana que estive, estava acontecendo algum evento de um banco vermelho famoso de Osasco, e tinha muita gente do banco hospedada no hotel. O restaurante simplesmente não vendeu nenhum prato a lá carte e só tinha um bufet de comida fria por R$ 89,90, independente se o hóspede era ou não integrante do evento do banco. Ridículo! Simplesmente inflaram os preços, com um atendimento horrível, pra ganharem dinheiro aproveitando a situação. Minha única recomendação pra gerência é trocar esse restaurante, passar para outra empresa que dê valor ao hotel, porque o hotel vizinho conta com um restaurante que não faz essa distinção de clientes, além de manter os itens do menu sempre disponíveis!
