Motel um lixo, chegamos de uma longa viagem e na portaria desse lixo de motel as pessoas que trabalham lá nem sabiam onde estavam a reserva, percebi que o atendimento era no grito mesmo e nem se importaram a procurar a reserva que havia feito em 4 dias antes, chegamos lá e tivemos que esperar o quarto em um cômodo que chamam de " salinha" quando entramos havia só casais de jovens, até mesmo pessoas com menor idade no local, percebi a rotatividade de veículo e pessoas que chegavam a pé. O local apresenta ser imundo, com outras finalidades também. Cancelei na hora a reserva fantasma e fomos para um lugar descente. Aviso que a TRIP para uma avaliação deste local pois até por que a TRIP está fazendo terceirização deste local. Agradeço.

As Meninas da Recepção foram super simpáticas, e receptivas, me passaram as informações corretamente ref. a período, cortesias etc .... a suíte estava bem limpa, e gostamos muito da decoração depois da reforma, tinha roupões, toalhas de corpo e banho e amenities de banho; Radio e ar condicionado funcionaram perfeitamente, somente a TV que tinha poucos canais e estavam ruim, mas isso foi o de menos pq não fomos para ver tv rsrs; Pedimos 2 hamburguês e estavam deliciosos, amamos os burgueres e as batatas rústicas estão de Parabéns, o grand gateau tbm estava perfeito.

Excelente relação custo beneficio. Trata-se de um motel que funciona também como hotel. Reter documento de um hospede de hotel, previamente registrado, não é uma boa prática. Sugiro melhorar este procedimento, já que nenhum hotel faz isso.

Foi ruim demais...... o sistema do motel, nao integrado com a ********** e chegando lá eles nem sabem qual sua reserva, atendem mal.....em geral nao gostei o check in horrivel e nao vale o preço que cobra, melhor ir para hotel convencional que é mesmo preco e condicoes de atendimento melhor, nao recomendo pernoitar
