It’s a Sisney property resort, so you get early entry. It’s clean with comfortable beds. Rooms are basic but fine. Food court is adequate. Pool is nice. They lost my luggage at one point but did find it quickly.

The service was great starting with the check-in was very quick and they were very friendly.

If you are going to Disney World, I highly recommend this as a virtual accommodation. I am very satisfied just by using the shuttle and early admission service. The hotel is also clean and nice.

The environment is beautiful and very safe. It is suitable for families to stay. It has everything to eat, drink and have fun, including swimming pools, games and entertainment facilities. The transportation is convenient. It is recommended to stay.

It was nice that it was clean and had two beds! It was decorated with Disney characters, so it was great for taking pictures. The pool is so pretty

The strange thing is that the windows are close to the aisle, you can open the curtains and communicate face-to-face with friends passing by

I’m really speechless. I don’t know if it’s because the room booked with Ctrip was given to the last room on the first floor of the farthest building. I also asked if I could give a closer room and replied that I’d like to see it and that’s what I had at the time. Still carrying two buckets of water, it's really hard not to suspect that it's discrimination

I am satisfied with the hotel, the price is moderate, it is simple and clean, and it is very convenient to have free buses to Disney theme parks. I have been here twice. It is suitable for families with children to play!

Vey nice, clean. Everything you’d expect from Disney. We loved taking pictures around this sports themed property. We will definitely visit again.

This is a nice property at Disney, probably one of the originals. Decent room size, with two double beds, plus table and two chairs. Has a decent sized dresser with drawers and space on top to store things. Plus an extra mirror by the table/chairs and hooks on the wall for added storage. The carpet in the room is gross, desperately needs to be replaced. Apparently it used to be blue with stars but there’s a worn out walking path and now it’s just light blue. I would love to see a nice LVP put in instead as most people prefer no carpet as it can never be fully cleaned person to person. The sink area also need refurbished. The sink has stains in it and the stopper was unusable The entire sink needs to be replaced with a vanity that has some shelving underneath to add to storage for guests. The tub toilet combo room is nice, however the bathtub should be replaced with a shower with nice glass door. Who is using a bathtub anyway?? Simply put in a shower and then replace the toilets with a unit that is a bit taller, feels like you have to squat on the floor. Also let’s talk about the flushing toilets. You can hear every toilet flush in all the rooms surrounding yours. Put a sound machine on, otherwise that is your background “music” is flushing toilets. Overall the property is well kept. Pool area is nice, large pool for a large property. You no longer have to share a bus with the other All Star properties which is wonderful. Staff is very friendly.

Very good option to make sure you are staying within Disney to ensure the early park access and direct shuttle service.
