Red Roof Inn Kalamazoo West - Western Michigan Univ

The staff were very nice. When we got there, we had to change rooms because there was something wrong with the bathroom toilet in the first room they gave us. The rooms were nice. The only thing negative about staying here was the maid never came to give us fresh towels or empty our trash during the four days we stayed (we had to ask for fresh towels when we saw her) and guests were outside talking until midnight-3:00 a.m. Other than that, the stay was nice.

I was there for 6 days..no one got my trash or made sure I had trash bags and toilet paper had to go to the office and get it myself other than that it was fine.

The staff is friendly, and amazing! The rooms are always clean, and maintained! The rooms are affordable, and the staff will talk to you, and treat you with kindness. The beds and pillows are comfy and fluffy! highly recommend the red roof inn!!!

My stay at this hotel has been very comfortable the staff can be very home bringing great hospitality the rooms are nice probably the best bang 💥 for your buck even for the extended stay folk they have an affordable weekly I would highly recommend 👍

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It was quite for for being and outside hotel. I would recommend this hotel for a nice clean quiet place to stay.

My mother and I always come here and stay because the staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are always clean and neat. We choose to stay here over any other hotel in Kalamazoo/Portage area because of the service and quality. I recommend this place.

The property was clean inside and out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the amenities it advertised to have. Would recommend this place to stay. I really like the fact that it was quite being an outdoor hotel.

Red roof in took our money accepted our reservation we drove hours to get to the hotel to check in when the lady says she has no rooms left and I'm out of luck and to call ******* support. I was without hotel room and money for the night because of this hotels incompetency to call customers who made reservations and give them a heads up and still leave their listings online showing 6+ rooms left.

Staff is amazing never had any problem at all staying here. Great price and pet friendly. Location is great next to costco and a short trip to the mall. Quieter than some of the other places ive stayed. I dont hear other people in there rooms so its a peaceful night sleep.
