立地的には問題無かったのですが、施設が古い為子供たちが怖がっていたので、もう少し明るい雰囲気だと良かったです。
朝食のレベルが低過ぎて悲しかったです。

岩手観光に利用しました。１泊食事なしの素泊まりだったので安く泊まれました。車での旅行だったので駐車場利用無料はありがたかったです。駐車場が些か分かりにくい場所です。誘導のおじさんは結構親切な方でした。部屋もこじんまりしてシンプルですが壁や床のシミが少し目立ちました。トイレのウォシュレットはボタンではなくツマミを回すタイプで右ではなく左に位置しているので使いにくかったです。付近の国道沿いに朝早くから営業している食堂やファミレスも点在しているので車での利用なら食事なしでもいいと思います。

仕事の関係で水沢出張。 7日間宿泊。 駅前通りに面する、老舗⁉︎ホテルです。 コストパフォーマンスが良く立地も問題ありません。 ホテルフロントが 2Fになっています。 併設で大小のホールと結婚式も出来る部分があるようです。 残念な部分が多くて点数低め。 フロントスタッフに対応に悪さ、挨拶が無い､､､初めての体験。 館内廊下の空調なし、室内に空調は集中管理。意外に冷えなかった。 館内Wi-Fiが大変遅くイライラします 室内の窓の開閉は◎ですが、蜘蛛の巣だらけです。 朝食は大変美味しく頂きましたが、各料理にネームプレートが欲しい。 パンの種類がバターロールしかなく残念。 果物を食べるフォークが欲しいですし、ドリンク用の氷があったほうが良いと思います。 コストパフォーマンスがあるから､､､しょうがないと思うけど､､､挨拶なしは絶対にない。
