I did not expect much as this hotel was outside the city centre near what looked lika an industrial area. I was wrong though, beautiful view over the inlet to the port and the sea, good service and a rich breakfast.

The staff did not care to assist me in any way. My sofa bed was not made up. They asked me to open it myself, telling me the linens, pillows and the towels are all already inside. When I asked if the sheets and everything was new or has been sitting around inside the bed for a while , the answer I was given was “ I think so, I don’t know”. I asked if housekeeping can come to take care of this and was told they don’t do that. I wouldn’t trust the cleanliness of these sheets or pillows. When the sofa bed was opened, everything was so wrinkled and looked very unkempt. Not a pleasant look or a comfortable sleep sensation. Poorly done.

The room was hot and without climate controls. The window and balcony door couldn’t be opened because the balcony was swarmed with gnats and flies.

Trevligt hotell som ligger en bra bit från stan. Vi hade rum med havsutsikt som var fin. Gotlandsfärjan kom förbi strax utanför hotellet. Frukosten var väldigt bra och restaurangen hade god mat.. Personalen är trevliga.
