This stay was a terrible and extremely unfair experience. During my stay, the hotel was practically unable to provide normal services due to a staff strike. Breakfast consisted only of dry bread and a few slices of cheese; I stayed six nights, and my room was never cleaned, including the bed linens weren't changed, the trash wasn't removed, the toilet wasn't cleaned, and the towels weren't changed. The hotel's explanation was simply: "The staff are on strike, so we can't provide services." I completely understand that the staff have the right to express their demands, but that cannot justify the hotel continuing to charge without providing services. If the hotel is unable to provide basic room and food services, why continue to operate, accept guests, and charge normal fees? It gives the impression that services cannot be provided, but revenue is still collected. What's even more unacceptable is that the hotel provided no prior notice before booking, nor any notification close to the check-in date, only informing me of the strike at check-in. By then, I had already arrived at the hotel, making it extremely difficult to change accommodations, and the hotel also stated that no refunds would be given. If I had known the true situation beforehand, I would never have chosen to stay there. This wasn't just a minor service lapse; the hotel knowingly failed to provide basic services yet continued to accommodate guests and charge them. I'm extremely disappointed and will never choose this hotel again.

The room was okay, the breakfast was good, and the location was convenient, but housekeeping required an appointment.

Very comfortable and helpful staff. The soundproofing could be better as you can hear the TV from the next room.
