Pretty lobby, good location, but the room i booked has no ac 😅 not ideal for summer esp now that we’re having heat waves. Wifi is ok, the mini room is really really tiny.

Easy check in and good price for short term stay

The hotel was nice, sustainable culture supportive, staff are extremely welcoming and very helpful, close to the city center. The room felt extra small for me that I could not believe it, however, warm and good enough for a 1 night crash, did not need to switch on the heater, temp was just right! One thing I really missed is the the English language option in TV, everything else was as expected.

This Hotel is very smart. The rooms are enough for few nights in this city. I am sure 100% that it is the best option in this city. Very close all objects which you want to visit in this country. Breakfast are amazing. Cozy style of this resteurant and room. Everything was perfect. Towels available Wifi available Nice to be there once again

Small room but love the floor heating in the WC! Luggage storage provided for early check out. However no toothbrush and toothpaste provided.

The staff at Smart Hotel Oslo are quite friendly and helpful. Outstanding breakfast selection. Be aware that booking breakfast is cheaper online than over the counter. The rooms are cozy and modern, tight spaced if you're tall, but you sleep extremely well. Guests are equally as polite.

Clean, comfortable and close to public transport and local attraction. My room was small but the bed was comfortable. The shower was great. Room to small to work in but used the downstairs which was comfortable and pleasantly furnished

Highly not recommended. 1. The hotel room is incredibly, incredibly tiny, barely fitting a bed. 2. The hygiene conditions are just so-so. 3. The location is a bit far from the Central Station. 4. The front desk doesn't provide items like razors or toothbrushes, and the service is generally mediocre.

Excellent and comfortable accomodation. Easy check and check out. Smooth, smart and modern.

I had an amazing stay 1 night. The manager Vegar went above and beyond managing ensuring my safety. I loved my mini room. So clean. Comfortable bed excellent air quality and room temp. Excellent front desk staff.

Good hotel but a bit small for 2 people in the double room but very clean good service cozy lobby great room

The hotel was in the city center and really convinient. Unfortunately I changed my room twice because of some issues (Heater didn't work. Wifi is gone.) and it was a bit stressful but a reception staff tried to give me some alternatives very kindly. Maintainance of facilities can be better.

Staff were friendly, warm and helpful. The room was just right. I ended up staying two nights at a reduced rate. The restaurant staff were also lovely and the food and menu pricing was more than fair. Would stay again.

The rooms are very clean and perfect for those who wish to stay close to the centre! I enjoyed my stay and would return in the future :)
