Really loved this hotel, the room was perfect and the location great near trams and the Neighbourhood was amazing with cafes and good restaurants. Next time I came to Oslo this will be my hotel.

Location-wise, the cathedral is visible just to the right as you exit, about a 4-minute walk away. To the left, the Royal Palace is also about a 4-minute walk.
Cleanliness: Also good.
The room was a bit small, but the floor-to-ceiling window was nice.
Didn't book breakfast, so nothing to report there.

The location was very great, easy to travel with underground and tram. Room was nice and clean, recommend for friends and couples!

I am surprise that it provides free laundry machines, hot water, drinking water (normal and sparkling). It is too bad I have not tried the sparkling water. You can also borrow eating stuff. Thank you for the hospitality.

Hotel was well located and easy to get to. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, although a little small, which is not usually a problem, however the layout of the room meant slightly squeezing past the base of the bed to get to the other side of the bed/room, which felt awkward. The shower was incredible. Hot and powerful with an amazing showerhead. No kettle, which I find baffling though. Rather than buying coffees there, I just went and bought a kettle, which when stuffed with pants barely took up any extra room in my carry on bag, and a cafetiere (returned the cafetiere for a full refund at the end of the trip 😅). Well priced and would probably stay again, but the lack of kettle is an issue.

This hotel is amazing and right in the city center. You don't need to take public transport for anything. There's a 24-hour front desk and very spacious common areas, and the room is very clean and lovely. We had an issue with some noisy guests, and when we called reception, they came up instantly. Highly recommended!

The roomt assigned was on the first floor facing the street, which made it somewhat noisy. Trams pass by at regular intervals, and the sound is quite noticeable. There were even trams running after 2 a.m., which might not be ideal for light sleepers. Apart from that everything was great.

The room size is typical for a budget hotel, and the public areas are decent. There are lockers for luggage on the first basement floor. It's about a 15-minute walk to the central station, so it's a good choice if you're just transiting through Oslo for one night.
