A very decent hotel, although its best rooms are long gone. It has a fantastic pool, excellent breakfasts, and even the extra food we ordered for dinner (we ordered curry) was delicious and inexpensive. The rooms are small, with minimal furniture. The hotel is located near the road, but there wasn't much noise, and you could clearly hear the waves, making it perfect for falling asleep. The only downside is the high price (we paid $43 per night), but it was still the best hotel of our entire trip to the Philippines!

yaytakoFantastic stay and real island getaway!
View and waters are amazing, food was included in our stay (breakfast and dinner) and there are many free activities to take part. The view are spectacular! The rooms were clean and spacious for 2 pax- can fit up to 4 pax.
Favorite activity was to fish from the lagoon and watch the baby shark (white shark) feeding at 1130am and chilling at the hammock infront of the rooms.
Massages are quality if you want some wave asmr as they are done in the outdoor huts but only can do 1 hour blocks and require quick booking/advance booking as the masseuses are limited.
wifi connections are good islandwise but it’s more of chillax resort. The rooms have netflix and youtube.
do bring some night snacks or simple lunch as their restaurants close early at 9pm and ferry out are only during the lunch time

The hotel is great. It's small, with only six rooms, which creates a really cozy atmosphere.
It's tough to find hotels off the main road near Oslob. So, when I was choosing a place, I also considered easy access to the sea. It can be a bit noisy near the main road, but if you tune that out and just listen to the waves, it's actually quite nice.
The pool is excellent, and so is the access to the sea (though you definitely need to wear water shoes, like everywhere else, as most beaches on Cebu Island are rocky).
They offer food services, bringing delicious grilled seafood and amazing soups made from it. There's also a BBQ grill available. If you want to explore Filipino cuisine, you'll get a chance here.
They offer transparent kayak rides, which are perfect for seeing the seabed.
They also arrange tours for swimming with whale sharks and with sardines in Moalboal.
The staff are incredibly friendly. The hotel owners also visit and oversee the staff's work.

SivillaNice, cheap place to stay. Right on the water and has a decent pool with bar and restaurant. About 15 minutes away from whale shark area. Only complaint is that the WiFi isn’t great... went in and out of service entire stay

We rented a bungalow house. It turns out to be a very small house, there is only a bed and two shelves. That is, there is no space at all. There was a fan in the house, but it was a little stuffy for me. The toilet is shared. There is no shower, there is a shared washbasin. They don’t have a cafe, we rode a tricycle to a cafe a little further away. The owner was hospitable and tried to help. Wi-Fi is free and good. There is access to the water, but swimming is not very convenient, there is no beach, only rocks. Also, at the same time, other people in a large group came to this hotel with us. They sang karaoke loudly and walked until the morning. And in the morning they turned on loud music. That is, if you want silence, then decide for yourself. The house is not soundproofed.

This was not so near to Oslob where the whale sharks are but we rented a car so it was easy for us to travel around. Worth for its price though

We had a good stay at this place! The pool is clean and refreshing, and the rooms are spacious enough for two guests. Having a CR with a heater was definitely a plus, and the service was okay.
On the downside, the breakfast could be improved, as they charge the same price even if some items (like eggs) are missing. Food options are also quite limited, and the rocky shore might not appeal to those who aren't fans of rugged seaside views.
Overall, despite a few minor issues, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience!
