Not a bad hotel for an overnight stay to see the sharks and then move on. We spent 2 days at the hotel. There are a lot of staff, but the service quality is lacking. The food is poor. The hotel grounds are very pleasant and green.

The staff was great. Good place to stay, not far from whale swimming. Mike was amazing, he woke up on the morning and took me to the site and assisted me with everything for the whale swimming. Highly recommend to stay if you want a friendly atmosphere.

It was a good two nights stay at the inn. It was understandable that their resto is closed as it was new year's eve and new year. I like the place's vibes. The rooms might need additional hooks or hanging cabinets maybe. Staff are nice and helpful.

The shower head barely flows, and there's no light in the bathroom. There's a kettle, but there's no outlet for it. I didn't like that.

The room is quite basic, with just a bed and a sort of closet, which is fine for an overnight stay. The location is excellent, with a restaurant in the middle where you can order food and sing karaoke.
