Güzel bir kış tatili geçirdik. Tüm alie fertleri keyifle otelden ayrıldık. Personel çok iyi ve güleryüzlü davrandı, tesis oldukça iyiydi, yemekleri harikaydı, mutfak Şefinin sürekli misafirlerle ilgilenmesini çok beğendim. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Kapıdan girdiğimiz andan beri misafirperver, yardımsever ve profesyonel personelinden memnun kaldık. Otelin tasarımı dinlendirici. Hizmetlerin hiçbir eksiğini görmedik, istediğimiz her şey karşılandı. Odalar temiz ve düzenliydi. Çok memnun kaldık, tekrar gelmek isteriz.

Muhteşem otel, muhteşem tatil.. kötü olarak belirtebileceğim hiç bir şey yok. Otel misafir ilişkileri Serkan bey; dört dörtlük. Çok güleryüzlü . İşini çok düzgün yapıyor. Tüm personel işini çok iyi yapıyor ve güleryüzlü. Özellikle baş aşçı Özkan usta, misafir ilişkileri müdürü Serkan bey, animasyon şefi Hakan bey çok eğlendirdi bizi, garson arkadaşlardan Yusuf bey, Kadir bey bir dediğimizi iki etmedi.. odalar muhteşem, otel yeni .. yemekler harikaydı. Daha ne olsun.. ailecek gittik. Arkadaşlarımızla çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz...

2018 yılında deneyimleyip memnun kaldığımız otele bu sene 4 yaşında oğlumuzla tekrar geldik. Personeller inanılmaz yardımcı, hoşgörülü, yemekler, içecekler inanılmaz kaliteli. İkinci gün aile gibi oluyorsunuz tüm personele buradan teşekkürlerimi bir daha iletiyorum seneye görüşmek üzere:)

It was an Amazing experience. The staff is kind and helpful, from entering into it first to saying it good bye, the experience was one of the best.

We stayed at Kaya Uludag between 4-8 March, 2024 and we were sooo happy to have made the right choice. The hotel is situated just beside the pist which makes it very easy to start skiing right away. The hotel is decorated very tastfully, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff is amazing. And most of all, the food is extremely delicious and all beverages including alcoholic ones are included in the price! Kaya will definitely be our choice from now on, thanks for everything!

Otel gerçekten muhteşemdi.İlk andan itibaren çok güzel karşılandık ve uğurlandık. Odalar temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Yemekler için söylenecek söz yok. Her biri çok lezzetli ve özenle hazırlanmıştı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Tatil planı olanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
