The sanitary facilities were not clean. Stains and orange grout were visible. The air conditioning wasn't working, and opening the window wasn't an option due to the noise. Overall, it wasn't very inviting.

Check-in is only allowed after 3 PM, and access to the front desk lounge is only permitted after 3 PM. You can't even store your luggage after checking out in the morning, as they say it doesn't open until after 3 PM. Aside from its proximity to the train station, I really don't recommend it.

The shower is in the room.
In my case, the shower cubicle wasn't watertight, so water leaked into the room.

Okay for the price. But the cleanliness of the toilet left a lot to be desired. The shower and sink in the room were more like something you'd find in a youth hostel, but then again, the price was low. The mattress/bed was great.
Inexpensive, but it would need to be even cheaper for a good rating.

The room is a bit bigger than usual, the location is excellent, it's easy to find, the service is very friendly, and the overall cleanliness is good. After all, it's an economy chain hotel, so this is good enough.
