Best Western Hotel Hohenzollern

My experience staying at Bestwestern: Overall Environment: The lobby was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly during check-in. There's a convenience store on the first floor, a Starbucks next to it on the left, and a bus stop right outside. It's relatively quiet; it's a bit of a walk to the bustling commercial street, but there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Most Impressive: The water pressure was incredibly strong, making showering very comfortable. The shampoo was great. Areas for Improvement: The bed sheet had stains. The cleaning staff was very dedicated; even after I pressed the "do not disturb" button, they still brought clean towels and placed them outside my door. The hallway was odor-free, and I occasionally heard the refrigerator generating electricity.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Gluten-free options were readily available upon request. The two saunas were very good, but the pool was extremely cold. Unfortunately, the floor was very slippery due to the amount of water. It's close to the center.
