We were not able to maintain a minimally pleasant temperature in the room. They did not know how to give us an explanation of the malfunction (according to the control peogram everything was fine). They did not offer radiators to supply the air conditioning.

Era el Parador que pensàbamos nos pudiera gustar menos, de los tres de la ruta. Totalmente falso. Una maravilla. Pequeño, pero encantador. La habitación tenía una vista al pantano de Sau impresionante. El personal y recalco la palabra "todos" encantadores. La gastronomia excelente. Hacia tiempo que no comìamos tan bien en un Parador. En resumen, quedamos encantadas. Recomiendo de verdad una parada aquí. Gracias

Very quiet location Ideal for walking. The food (breakfast and dinner) are always excellent at the paradores hotels. Price/quality perfect.

Beautiful view over the Sau valley with the stunning lake, helpful and friendly staff, we have eaten in the restaurant in the past but chose to eat in the bar this time as we had eaten at lunch time, but both serve good food. This is our 3rd visit and we would go again.
