Watermark Beach Resort

Room was a like one bedroom apar**ent overlooking the water great bed and linens staff very helpful loved that we could bring our dog. Amazing location walking distance everything down town found a amazing store called beach chik loved the community best hotel in Osoyoos. Will stay again

Just book it. You won't be disappointed. 8 of us stayed 3 nights in 2, two-bedroom units next to each other for my Parents' 60 Anniversary. All of the mattresses and pillows are new this year. I'm not sure what brand they are but they were so comfortable. The corner unit overlooking the lake was spacious and fit the entire family easily - even on the patio table for breakfast was very special. The smaller city-view unit next door was quiet and roomy as well. Incredible walking paths are right out the door not to mention many specialty shops. The pool deck has an adult and separate family hot tubs. The pool is a big lap pool with a waterslide and a Mexican patio. Big lounger chairs with umbrellas and towel service. Food and drinks service to your chair. Park the cars and walk around this special desert town. The Saturday Farmers market is a 2 min walk up the main street. 15 Bistro is on the building's main floor with Boston Pizza and a Gelato ice cream parlour on the Main street level. The Owl Pub right next door had the Canucks/Oilers game on big time and the nachos were amazing! The Watermark is right next to the Grocery and liquor store if you didn't find the wine you like at one of the award-winning local wineries, Canada's best wineries are all there in Osoyoos.

We had a one bedroom plus den - perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed - kettle, drying rack, utensils, plates etc. the report had a heated pool & waterslide which our kids loved. The hot tub was relaxing. Staff were so kind. The bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Best location - walkable to so many restaurants including Boston Pizza and the Owl pub. Shoppers drug mart and Nesters market are next door. We had absolutely everything we needed. This place is perfection

Great place to relax and enjoy a gem of a small town at a nice resort. They upgraded us from a 1 bedroom city view to a 2 bedroom walk right out to the pool area room n/c!!! Highly recommend this place, off season it was nice and quiet and very relaxing. Outdoor hottub was the best!

the resort was amazing! we had our 2 dogs with us and the hotel staff was always excited to see our dogs! it didn't feel like a hotel that tolerates dogs, dogs were genuinely welcomed guests. the food and service at bistro 15 was incredible! rooms and the hotel in general were extremely well maintained. we didn't go in the pool or hot tub (dogs reasonably not allowed in that area so no point going) but seeing it from our room looked like a clean and nice experience!

Great Staff, Great Service. We stayed for 3 weeks and had a wonderful stay, the 15 Park Bistro food and service are excellent !!
