Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das ganze Team war spitze. Balkon mit Ausblick auf den See. Das Essen war ausreichend und viel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es war alles sehr gut erreichbar. Liebe Grüße an das team

We were just passing thru but stayed a night. Great spot to visit or for overnight pit-stop if traveling through Austria. Friendly staff, made our visit with no reservation. Restaurant/bar was open late, breakfast was typical Bavarian style with a table reserved for all the guests. Clean rooms, balcony view of lake/mountains/village.

Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und nett, Es gibt immer etwas zu lachen, einen guten Wunsch für den Tag, Die Chefin ist überall anzufinden und ist bemüht. Umgebung und Lage zum See top, Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, Großer Parkplatz, Schi - und schuhabstellraum vorhanden. Gerlitzenbahn mit Bus oder Auto erreichbar. j

Unfriendly, unpolite, insulting owner (?), screaming around, no service at all, insulting agency and myself and second tourguide. No warm water, fosset blocked. Food, besides the salad buffet, which was ok, one of the lousiest I ever had. Never again for a 100%!!!!

Mitarbeiter um Sabine top, Wünsche werden berücksichtigt! Es gibt immer ein Lächeln, einen guten Wunsch für den Tag, Die Chefin ist überall anzufinden und macht den Aufenthalt zum Urlaub. Umgebung und Lage zum See top, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Großes und umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, Restaurant mit großer Speisenauswahl, guter Weinkarte und freundlichem Service. Großer Parkplatz, Radabstellraum.

Tolles familiäres Hotel am Ossiacher See; direkt vom Hotel aus an den See, wandern oder mit dem Rad in die Umgebung. Zimmer sehr gut, Mitarbeiter alle superfreundlich, Service Top, Essen ebenso. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir waren begeistert. Danke nochmal an das tolle Team!

Unser Zimmer war extrem dreckig, und dies hat sich nach Tagen auch nicht gebessert, außerdem bekam eine Person von uns eine allergische Reaktion auf diesen Staub, der sichtbar im Zimmer sichtbar war. Müll, und Haare von keine Ahnung wie vielen Gästen vor uns im Bad und im Hauptzimmer. Wir sind früher abgereist.
