Very nice structure, ideal location, excellent breakfast but I wouldn't stay here again due to the very small room, not 4 star and above all lacking soundproofing. It should be noted that the room wasn't much, there was a bathtub that wasn't exactly new, a topper on the mattress that was very made up and didn't improve comfort, the room was very hot because during the day the sun beats down on it and the air conditioning only worked noise but it wasn't working, we couldn't open the window because people passed by in the small square it overlooked. I spent a stay in the sauna! The breakfast was not as in the photo, very limited with cold empty croissants and fried meatballs from the night before. I've been to better hotels that offered more for the same price that didn't ask me for the tourist tax!!!!

Perfectly located specially if you are traveling with a car- big property on the hillside with views of the gardens and valley but close to the center/ just a short walking distance up the hill

Cuisine and hospitality top notch, in a uniquely charming environment just a stone's throw from the historic center of Ostuni. Very kind staff and attentive to the guest's needs. I was accompanied in an excellent manner from reception to checkout. Fabulous dinner and great breakfast!

Ideal location a short walk into the historic centre. Excellent breakfast (bread could have been better). Anyone staying more than one night (in which case I assume you will want to eat in the centre) should certainly try the restaurant. Excellent and much better value than restaurants in town.
