Équipe attentionné et gentil, établissement propre, mon budget était très serré par rapport au tarif du moment donc j’ai pu m’arranger avec le directeur qui m’a accordé une faveur pour mes 2 nuitées à l’hôtel. Encore merci pour ce geste.

Rien à redire sur l’hôtel, mais ne soyez pas pressé pour le check-in car nous avons pris environ 1h pour obtenir 2 chambres. Sinon la nuit a été agréable et cet hôtel reste acceptable pour une nuitée de passage en Alsace, et visiter strasbourg le lendemain.

Il y a plein d'araignées mortes ou vivantes sur les murs,même dans la salle de bain. Il manque aussi un petit frigo pour conserver la nourriture. La lampe est un petit peu compliquée et ne tiens pas vraiment. Sinon l'hôtel est bien, la douche est grande, le lit assez confortable, il y a juste les araignées et le frigo..

The hotel is good situated if you just need to stop during a night on a long trip. It is nice with renewed rooms, staff super-nice, there is a cozy room for breakfast (I just had a coffee which was delicious!), I don’t know if they also offer dinner, when I was there it was closed (covid maybe?)

Cet hôtel est à la hauteur des autres ibis du groupe : chambre propre, cosy et spacieuse avec des lits confortables. Personnel très aimable. Parking très pratique. Seul le buffet du petit-déjeuner mériterait peut-être d’être un peu plus copieux !

All of the staff were great and friendly. Not any kinds of problems. Pretty good restaurant too. From the city center you can take a tram and then a bus or just a tram and walk. I have been here twice (2019 and 2023) and the place was good both times.

Nous devions y séjourner mais Booking avait effectué des sur-réservation donc au final arrivé à l’hôtel nous n’avions pas de chambre. La réceptionniste a été vraiment très agréable en nous faisant toutes ses excuses ( malgré que cela n’était pas de sa faute) elle voulait même nous aider à trouver un autre hôtel, mais je lui ai expliqué que je laissais le soins à Booking qui c’était planté de le faire. On a bu un verre à l’hôtel Ibis en attendant que Booking nous rappelle pour une nouvelle réservation et nous remercions beaucoup la réceptionniste qui nous a offert notre verre. Je conseil cet hôtel où le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins pour les clients 👌🏼👍🏼 Merci encore les filles et surtout ne changer pas votre gentillesse. Laëtitia

Hôtel très correcte pour une ou plusieurs nuitées. Chambre cosy, literie confortable, salle de bain plutôt moderne, la dame de la réception très gentille. Seul bémol, le manque d'isolation. On entend beaucoup les portes qui claquent, les gens qui parlent dans la chambre à côté, les gens qui passent dans le couloir, etc.
