Buenas. Jamas he estado en un hotel tan sucio y viejo (digo viejo, no antiguo). Vimos el hotel muy bonito en fotos, nos pareció un buen hotel 4 estrellas a un precio bueno y decidimos reservar 4 noches. Empezamos con que no tienen espacio reservado para bajar las maletas del coche. Luego hacemos el check-in y hasta la habitación varios escalones altos… Pero lo peor fue comprobar el lamentable estado de la habitación. Vieja, falta de muchísimos arreglos y sucia como no he visto otra en mi vida. No soy especialmente escrupuloso pero eso no era normal. Fuimos a buscar otro hotel por la zona inmediatamente y volvimos a anular. Lo único bueno la chica que nos atendió que no puso ningún reparo para abandonar el hotel (otra opción hubiese sido la denuncia inmediata) Es más, nos pidió disculpas… Pido por favor a quien asigne estrellas a los hoteles que se pase por este y le dé un repaso. Es un engaño lo que ofrecen en su web. Lástima. Tiene muchas posibilidades pero una nefasta gestión.

At home in a gorgeous build on atmospheric C. San Pedro, its Baroque façade is the first aspect to catch the attention. A lovely courtyard has tables and seating arranged around a fine lion fountain. Had intended having breakfast here, but told that dining only available for resident guests.

Hotel con una espectacular fachada, patio interior y pasillos señoriales dignos de una casa Palacio. La habitación limpia pero muy descuidada, bastantes cosas deterioradas. El desayuno algo corto en cuanto al variedad. El personal muy atento y agradable.

Es una pena como una mala gestión empresarial lleva al traste una auténtica joya patrimonial. El hotel no alcanza los mínimos de su categoría. Entre sus carencias podemos resaltar la falta de higiene, el maltratado mobiliario, lo frio de sus viejos muros y la falta de preparación del personal. Una pena que una instalación monumental de tal calibre valla languideciendo tan vilmente maltratada.

What an amazing stay. We stayed there a few days to be closer to cordoba and Sevilla. It was quiet, the hotel was beautiful (if you like older buildings) and has a relaxed vibe, but the best part was the service. Everyone at the hotel was extremely kind and accommodating, helping us set up transportation, info for the train, etc. it’s a rare find when everyone at the hotel is a 10.

Visitamos el hotel con una caja de experiencias Wonderbox (2 noches con desayuno 200€) desconozco el margen que retiene Wonderbox pero la diferencia de trato con otros clientes fue llamativa. La habitación asignada se encontraba en la buhardilla la cual no está muy bien aislada y requiere climatización constante para combatir el calor. Además tienen poca luz dado que las ventanas son tipo redondas y pequeñas (revisadas otras reseñas es modus operandi para clientes Wonderbox). El desayuno continental también contaba con menos productos que el resto de clientes. Cómo puntos negativos adicionales la habitación no estaba todo lo limpia que cabía esperar y la presión de las tuberías no era suficiente para llenar la bomba del WC y duch**** (incluyo fotos de la ventana y manchas en el suelo y la bañera). El personal del hotel era amable y el edificio precioso. Hotel con barreras arquitectónicas.
