BED BUGS! We stayed in room 120 between 4/8/24-4/12/24. After the first night my son got a rash, I thought it was from the salt in the pool.... The night of 4/12/2024 I woke up at 3:40am to bedbugs in our bed. I took pictures and even managed to get the bug into a water bottle. We then had to leave luggage and treat all of our clothing that we were taking with the dryer. We were not refunded for our stay. (I had my 3& 5 yr old children with me along with my crippled grandmother who has chronic pain.) (They are seriously traumatized after being woke up before 4am and made to get out of bed, ***** down and change to heat treated clothing, LOSE THEIR PERSONAL BELONGINGS, and then leave our vacation early, not to mentionthey realized they are itching becausethey are being eaten..) If you open the bedbug mattress cover on the beds you can see proof that bugs are there. The night shift sub told us that he'd been there 8 months and that only one other person has complained of bed bugs. The morning shift front desk said that they monthly treat for bedbugs.

Very clean and inviting facility with a super-friendly staff. Room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Hotel is close to everything; literally "minutes away from ". We plan to make this our hotel of choice when visiting the area in the future.

I love the AmericInn by Wyndham in Oswego, Illinois. It represents everything you expect for a hotel stay. I am profoundly impressed with the staff under the management of Lalit Patel. The rooms are clean and spacious and offer excellent amenities. They serve breakfast that is very good. Coffee & tea are available all day: exercise room and a wonder pool. If you are looking for a local getaway, they have unique suites with a jacuzzi. The prices are affordable. We felt safe and welcomed. I highly recommend it.

المكان رائع ويتميز بموقعه المتميز وموظفي الاستقبال ودودون جداً وكل شي نظيف ومنظم لكن الإفطار عليك الحضور مبكر واذا تاخرت لم تجد شي لكن في المجمل سوف تستمتع بالإقامة في هذا الفندق الهاديء حيث يوجد قريب منك المطاعم والبقالات وكل ما تحتاج اليه

We arrived too early to check in. But the Manager told us to come back around 1:00. Check in is 3:00. It worked out. We had a Visitation at 4:00. We had to get cleaned up.
