The property is great for lodging. The dining hall serving area needs updating as it cannot accomodate large crowds for serving foods.

We always stay here whenever we bring our son to college. Love the view of the canal but the beds were uncomfortably. Very friendly and professional st.

Reserved an accessible room. Asked at front desk if what I got was an accessible room and was told that it was. When I get upstairs to room 503 I discovered that it is not accessible. I call the front desk and was told it is hearing accessibility. IT IS NOT EVEN HEARING ACCESSIBILITY! Call customer service which was beyond useless, they tried to sell me some vacation package when I called them to complain! This place doesn’t even have enough microwaves to go around! Of course room 503 doesn’t have a microwave either! If you have physical disabilities DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room was very noisy, band below room and movement of furniture above room made sleeping nearlly imposssible,
Bed mattress was as hard as a rock resulting in tossing and turning all nite long.
Location excellent and facility in good shape.
Hotel ad showed a pool. Pool not in there facility but in the the nextdoor facility.
Because of hard mattresses will not use this hotel again.

We couldn't check in at 330 pm when check in was at 3. Was told id get a call to let me know when our room was ready. No one called. We went back after 530. After 3 hours of driving we wanted to check in our room. Otherwise great place. Food at the hotel restaurant was amazing.
