Room very small and staff not helpful.

The small room is clean and tidy, there is only one pillow that you can't lie on, and the refrigerator is full. You are asked to change your shoes when entering. When I went out in the morning, I found a plastic bag of towels hanging on the handle outside my door. I took it into the room. When I came back in the evening, no one came to clean the room. Fortunately, we only stayed for two nights. The location is between the JR station and the canal, which is convenient and cost-effective.

The location is good, not far from Otaru Station. It's big and has several shops. It feels like an international youth hostel. The front desk was very welcoming, stored luggage, had wifi, and even borrowed a plug converter.

It was good that I was able to check in right away from Otaru Station, and that it was close to famous places and shops that I wanted to go to, making it easy to move around. Also, the sauna was great!

I think the green hotel is too convenient. It's right next to the JR line. It has bathing and breakfast. The room is a bit small, but basically hotels at this price range in Japan are not big, especially in the city center. Cleanliness and ease of travel are the most important.

It was very poor, very small, and the plug didn't work. The bed was very hard. We were charged extra for hot springs for no reason, and we were not informed when we made the reservation. And it’s more than four hundred.

The staff was polite, but the price for this room without meals is not good at all. I wonder if it's set high for inbound tourists...

When I came to Otaru for the first time, I found this hotel with a good price/performance ratio and the service was very friendly. The location is near JR Otaru Station. There is a bus stop next to the JR station. It is very convenient to take the bus here to go to Mount Tengu or back to Sapporo. The hotel is only a 5-minute walk to the Otaru Canal.

This hotel is too small, and the walls are too thin! The voices of the people waiting for the elevator can be heard clearly, and the young people next door are constantly making noises at night. The sound insulation is too poor! The TV is 14 inches and is still an old model from 20 years ago. The toilet is also very old. Only one towel is given when checking in, and one access card is given. Check out before 10 am. If the card is lost, a compensation of 2,000 yen is required. I think this hotel is an overlord. It does not follow the usual operation (check out at 12 o'clock, 2 cards, 4 sets of towels), but you must comply with its unreasonable requirements. It is really different from other Japanese hotels I have stayed in. In fact, if you come to Otaru early, you can take the JR back to Sapporo at night, and you don't need to stay in Otaru at all.

Not far from JR Sapporo, easy to find, clean room, onsen fee extra 150 yen per day, not expensive at all, very good onsen, there is a sauna room as well.

The room was ok.

1. The hotel room is too small, with a 4-foot bed. Activity space and rest are affected. This was the worst hotel reservation I made during this trip to Hokkaido. Need to compare and choose again next time 2. The hotel has a good location. It is about 6-8 minutes walk from JR Otaru Station, Triangle Market, Funamizaka, shopping malls, and supermarkets.

I was a little concerned that the building as a whole was a little old and that the hot water in the public bath was not very clean.
