Overall a good hotel, I liked that there is a transfer from/to the airport.
Convenient for applying for a US visa (nearby).
But it’s a long way to the city center (traffic jams in this direction in the morning)...

Hotel very close to the Bucharest Spa. I appreciated the shuttle service from the airport. Good reception at reception because they respond immediately. The room was basic but clean. The bathroom is clean but there are no toiletries. The breakfast was good but with little choice. The breakfast room lacks a bit of cleanliness as the placemats at the table for each guest are not very clean and smell of egg. Glass glasses to wash a little better.

Such a good service. My mom had to have a short stop over in this hotel and she had difficulties speaking English. But the team showed so much care to make her feel comfortable, as well being in touch with me and my husband. Really so happy with the service of Front Office Team. Thank you for looking after my mom and will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and hope to visit one day too ;)

The Ratings for this hotel is 5 since the location of this hotel and brand new hotel surrounding the airport Specifically I can say Mr Alex is an amazing personality with good hospitality ethics and good communication skills the best bus connections to city centre

It was fine, great for what we needed. Great location near the airport. The food in the restaurant was very good.
