A beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Chalet sits in a peaceful secluded neighborhood in the highly regarded Michaywe community. The house is newly decorated and ready to welcome you and your family. The property sits on a double lot with a lot of nice views from the large windows and deck. The high cathedral ceilings are also a site to take in. The location is also just 15 minutes out of downtown Gaylord and close to many attractions all year round. The space This Chalet it sits on top of a hill, in a neighborhood that provides a secluded feeling, but close enough to your neighbors. The house has a two car garage and a full wrap around deck. As you enter the property using the smart lock on the front door, you will see the high cathedral ceilings and large windows. There is a roomy sectional sofa and a 75 inch TV on the main floor. On the right of the sectional is also a gas fireplace for those cold nights. Past the sofa, you will enter a fully equipped Kitchen and dining area. Right behind the dining table is a sliding glass door that leads to the wrap around deck, with patio furniture and a gas grill. The front of the house there is also a firepit. There is also additional parking for large vehicles or trailers on the property. Back inside on the main floor there is a bedroom with a Queen bed, and another room with 2 twin beds and 2 twin trundle beds with both having room darkening shades. On the upstairs floor is the master, which features a King bed with high vaulted ceilings, with a master bath attached, with a large tub. All rooms feature side table lamps with 3 USB ports and outlets for all your electronics. In the basement there is also two sofas with a 65 inch TV and a gas fireplace. Both TV's include Netflix and Amazon Prime, additionally they are smart TV's that can support other apps. This space also has a foosball table, multiple board games and an Arcade featuring 12 different games. The Michaywe community has a club center, with a pool. Our guests will have access to the clubhouse and pool. Location: 22 Golf Courses within 30 minutes of property. Treetops Resorts offering Skiing, Tubing, Dining and more just 15 minutes away. Ostego State Park 6 mile drive from house. All seasons activities for outdoors, including boating, lake access , Skiing, Snowmobiling and much more. Day trips Traverse City is about 1 hour away. Boyne City is about 30 min away. Petoskey is about 45 min away. Mackinaw City is about 1 hour away Mackinaw Island 1.5 hours away. Guest access Smart Wifi door lock for entry to the house. Nice place but could use a little tlc.. clean but could use some updates. The kitchen wasn’t really furnished just coffee cream and spices. Was hard to manage the heat so was either hot hot or cold. The biggest thing for us was the drive not being cleared of all the snow. Was afraid to walk outside because of all the ice. Never did find the pool and hot tub usually there’s a book telling you what’s around. The TV kept going and the internet was slow…over all not a bad place probably nicer in the summer

We had a great experience. Beautiful house in a beautiful location. We had 8 people (3 adults, 5 kids) and had plenty of room. Finished basement a big plus. Host was very friendly and very responsive to our inquires. 100% recommend.

Cozy and clean home, kitchen stocked, plenty of linens, comfortable beds, large TVs, and a great space downstairs. We weren't able to enjoy all of the amenities because of a wintery stay, but looked to be a great place to enjoy sitting on the deck or around a nice fire in better conditions. Had a crazy snow storm during our stay and the host made sure the driveway was plowed.

We use the place as housing for deer camp and suits all our needs for that. Great view from the deck into the woods surrounding the property with an abundance of wildlife to watch.

Winter Retreat Nice Property nestled away in Michaywe just a short skip from downtown. Perfect place for our group to unwind after a day on the slopes. Loved the basement Foosball and arcade. Definately wantvto come back for some summer golf.
