Check in was great and friendly. Gaylord has lots of stuff to do. We went to the theater, Call of the wild, and Bob Evans restaurant (which is next door) for dinner.
This hotel has a great breakfast, our three granddaughters were pleased. Pool time was great too, very clean and relaxed with plenty of towels. Room was very comfortable and clean. We were very pleased! Would recommend.

Tap water was yellow, pillows were uncomfortable, and the breakfast “scrambled” eggs were bad. Everything else was very nice!

Friendliness of staff , and accessibility. The bathroom in our room needed a better cleaning , one of the queen beds had sand at the foot of the bed (under the covers .)

Bedding had a huge brown stain on it. Surface mold on the ceiling in the shower area. Very dusty, floors not been swept or moped. Mini fridge was dirty.

We travel a lot with a motorcoach tour group. We are picked up in Gaylord and we always choose this hotel although there are plenty of other options. Staff is the primary reason we choose this one.
