SureStay Hotel Ottawa

Real basic hotel, nothing to note really. Our room was huge though and the lady at the front desk was very helpful.

I don’t recommend this property at all, it was 150$ a night and the toilet didn’t flush, key didn’t work, sink didn’t drain, felt unsafe, felt like a really old motel that should never have had best westerns name on it, the breakfast was awful there was a waffle maker and granola bars, bananas as well as brownie bites that’s it nothing like the photos I am concerned with what they promised I wish the holiday inn express had a room but they were booked due to a marathon that was happening we drove up for it as my daughter was participating in it so they tripled the room costs for that day normally they are 40$ a night I am very disappointed in my experience at this hotel and will never stay again as the advertised amenities were not what we received

Nice simple, pet-friendly, affordable hotel. Clean room, nice memory foam mattress. We were next door to some long term contract workers who were enjoying their one night off, but they were quiet by 10:30 and we slept well. Breakfast needs some help

THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT, VERY KIND AND COURTEOUS. THE REST OF THE EXPERIENCE FELT LIKE I WAS STAYING IN AN INNER CITY WITH WHAT LOOKED LIKED LONG TIME TENNANTS DOING WHATEVER THEY PLEASE AND MAKING THE PLACE FEEL LIKE A RUNDOWN APARTMENT COMPLEX. AGAIN THE STAFF WAS AMAZING BUT OWNERSHIP NEEDS TO CHANGE THEIR APPROACH ONTHE GUESTS THEY ACCEPT OF LEISURE TRAVELERS LIKE MYSELF WILL NEVER UTILIZE THE HOTEL FOR TRAVEL.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. We got to our room. There was bugs on the floor, hair in the corner of the room, Q-tips on the floor next to the nightstand, shower head was disgusting with mold and rust. Toilet paper holder and bath towel rack hanging from the wall.

The rooms were very clean.

Very clean room with plenty of lights and plugs. Comfortable bed and lots of pillows. Minimal breakfast offerings compared to some other places I've been, but completely adequate. Friendly workers. Older building with a crack between door and wall, but door locked securely. I would stay here again.

This Best Western offered a comfortable bed and very clean room. It is a motel so if you are uncomfortable with doors opening to the outside, this property is not for you. Very friendly staff and nice basic breakfast.

The property was rather run down. Noisy people in the parking lot. Loud refrigerator and air conditioner. Too expensive for the condition of the room.
