Hampton Inn by Hilton Ottawa Airport

Cleanliness needs to be improved. Maybe it’s just our room but there was big stains on the chair. Otherwise cleanliness is fine. Breakfast was excellent; great price for value. Checkin smooth but the guy at the counter was expressionless, a simple hello or smile could go far. Checkout the next day, the girl was in much better mood. To fellow travelers with small kid: mall playground located 5 minutes walk from the hotel, location is excellent for young families.

It was basically fine. The bathroom is quite poorly designed in several ways (several different ways to turn off water, difficult to get in and out of tub since grab bar at wrong end of tub, hard to get drain to stay open) I’m probably showing my age but I expect actual glasses and not cardboard cups in a hotel of this calibre. Breakfast a little sparse in choice. Could definitely do with more fruit But all of the above are basically nits. The room was fine

Very close to the airport and the city with a very clean hotel and great service.

Great hotel staff pleasant and helpful near Walmart and loblaws as well as many restaurants

Very comfortable stay , spacious room with all basic amenities provided.

Room in clean and size is good, reasonable for its price. Location is fairly good, close to airport.
