Booked this hotel last minute as we had to stay one extra night in the city and it was really amazing! This is a hotel I would definitely go back!
The lady at the counter was extremely nice and she spoke Portuguese! She was really happy to be able to speak with us in Portuguese and we were happy she spoke Portuguese!
The hotel location is really good, downtown near the parliament, and the room was amazing! Really big and spacious studio with a kitchen and a living room. Bed was really comfortable but the sofa bed was not that good (as in all hotels).
Toilet was big and had all the amenities.
Breakfast was good and had eggs, bacon, fruits, cereals, fresh waffles, chia pudding, bread, …
They have private parking at an extra fee but the entrance is really narrow. There’s also street parking around at a fee.

Guest UserSpacious room with fridge and microwave inside room, with ice machine for quick chill on soft drinks. Facilities are new and in great condition. Good location is another great point for easy access to outlet mall in 15 minutes on road, and just 30 minutes on driving for Ottawa.

Anonymous UserI had a 6:55 a.m. flight and planned to take the 5:30 a.m. hotel shuttle. When I asked at the reception beforehand, I was explicitly told that no reservation was required, so I relied on that information. However, the shuttle did not arrive until approximately 5:35 a.m.
When it finally arrived, it was already completely full because it was carrying passengers from another hotel. As a result, I was unable to board the shuttle even though I had been waiting on time. This service failure caused extreme stress and forced me to urgently book an Uber to ensure I did not miss my flight. If reservations were required, or if the shuttle had limited capacity across multiple properties, guests should have been informed in advance.

Pros:
- Good amenities
- Room was clean
- Front desk staff were helpful and friendly
- Located just beside Byward Market, few minutes walk to various attractions
Cons:
- Situated close to the main street, which can be quite noisy at night. However, they did provide complimentary earbuds to help with the noise.

Guest UserThe hotel is new and the facilities are decent. The room even had a shower cap. Breakfast was just okay, but it's great value for money. We stayed with our one-year-old, and it was convenient and comfortable for three adults and one child in a single room. It's not far from the city center, and parking is pretty easy. The only issue is that there's a homeless shelter nearby, so it felt a bit unsafe for solo travelers. It's best not to wander around alone outside, and you'll be fine.

Pros: a parking lot with sufficient space (no need to book in advance). A shopping mall St Laurent is nearby. The breakfast is ok. There are 2 sockets and 2 USB-A outlet on each side of the bed. The staff are friendly in general.
Cons: A bit far away from the tourist attractions downtown (around 10 minutes drive). The coffee from the in-room coffee machine was so-so. The air-conditioner was quite noisy. The TV in my room couldn't be turned off (It went off automatically after no-signal for a while anyway). There were some paper cups for coffee but no other glass / cups in the whole room even for brushing teeth so I had to use paper cups for brushing teeth (Is it considered environmental friendly?)

The hotel is on the roadside, there are convenience stores and many restaurants nearby, very convenient, there is a bus stop, the front desk lady is very cute, said Ottawa is very safe, if there is any danger, she can help me call the police, let me rest assured to play in Ottawa, breakfast is to the front desk to get a paper bag, There is a small dessert and a bottle of yogurt ➕ a juice. The soundproofing effect of the room is average. Parking at the door and someone passing by can be heard. It is on the first floor, and there are two floors in total. A short transition for one night is still no problem, Ottawa is not fun, and the attractions can be punched in for a day.
