It was very clean and lovely to stay at. Very friendly staff who were extremely helpful! Would most definitely stop by again!

The room was very small and there was no hot water when taking a shower at night.
The sheets were rough and uncomfortable on the skin.
There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage yourself.
But the balcony is great

When we arrived the gentleman at the front desk, Adrian, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He got us set with all the details for the hotel and breakfast, and asked what kind of activities were we planning to do and was able to provide us a great list of hikes. He also gave us several great recommendations for dinner. Appreciated the hospitality and customer service. Our room was also great and spacious for three! Location was also a plus for exploring the northern Black Forest. I would stay here again.

Un accueil sympathique, une chambre très spacieuse très propre et très bien équipé avec son frigo avec des boissons offerte, une belle salle de bain avec tous ce qu'il faut voir même plus par rapport à certains autres grande chaîne, un belle terrasse. Un petit déjeuner très correct. Seul point les place de parking pas assez nombreuse par rapport au nombre de chambres. En résumé un point de passage très agréable

Bonjour,
Nous avons passé une nuit dans l’hôtel.
Je tiens à souligner le prix excessif pour une nuit. 70 euros pour un lit double (deux matelas simple collés), une douche très petite avec un rideau de douche qui pue l’humidité.
De plus, une dame du personnel est entré dans notre chambre, nous avons fermé à clef mais visiblement ça ne fonctionne pas … Cette dame n’a pas toqué avant d’ouvrir à clef cette porte, ni même être ressorti lorsqu’elle a vue les rideaux fermés et les affaires. Il a fallut qu’elle voit des personnes dormir pour comprendre qu’elle n’avait rien à faire ici. Inadmissible
