Prima Hotel. Prima kamer. Voor de t****e keer bezocht.
Er is echter een duidelijke achteruitgang te zien betreffende service. Receptioniste vraagt bij ieder contact of je gast bent. Dit terwijl je meerdere gesprekken voert.
Het restaurant heeft schijnbaar een nieuwe beheerder die grof is tegen zijn personeel en ook tegen klanten. Wilde betalen met kaart en apparaat weigerde. De man verteld dat dit mijn probleem is en niet zijn. Uitermate klant onvriendelijk. Eten in kwaliteit minder geworden.

Very clean hotel with large rooms. Great breakfast and we also had an evening meal there, which we all enjoyed (huge burger!). Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. We stayed here as a midpoint to activities and Munich, but also really liked Ottobeuren - it’s a lovely town, plenty of places to eat and the abbey is extraordinary.
All in all a great find - highly recommend

Wir waren am 14.11.2024 mit einer großen Gruppe zum Mittagessen. Die meisten Gerichte waren kalt.( Fisch, Schnitzel) Das Schnitzel war,na ja, nicht schlecht, zumindest mein. Die ziemlich unfreundliche Junge Chefin erklärte das es dort nicht üblich sei bei Bus Gruppen für die Fahrer/Reiseleiter ein freies Essen zu servieren, es sei denn,es wird bei der Reservierung darum gebeten (?). Für Bus Gruppen bedingt geeignet. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein besseres Restaurant welches auch 55 Personen bewirten kann. Das Personal war freundlich. .

Personal zurückhaltend den Aufgaben.
Komme nicht wieder, Zimmer in Ordnung mit verdeckter Toilette. Geht besser, eben Personal zurückhaltend in der Reinigung.
