This wouldn’t have been a bad experience except it was filthy. There were hairs on the pillow cases and the sheets plus the bathroom floor and tub. That is disgusting. Other than that I wouldn’t have minded the carpet being dirty. My sons feet soles were dirty from walking barefoot. The Employees were nice and the main floor of hotel looked clean and up kept. But the actual room ruined it. Plus other minor things like the window shutter didn’t work and peeling paint by the door. Carpet starting to rip.

Very rude employee at lobby. Woke me up multiple times while sleeping in the morning to challenge authorization for late check out.

Mary at the front desk was wonderful as soon as I walked in! My room was comfortable and spotless, and even though my favorite part of IHGs, the pancake conveyor belt, was out of service, breakfast was still great! Very friendly staff and nice clean, safe accomodations! Thank you!
