Hôtel au top, je note des efforts à faire sur l’animation. Nous étions avec un enfant, il aurait été plus pratique de nous proposer une chambre avec une facilité d’accès.

This hotel is seriously underrated and represents great value for money. The rooms are spacious and spotless with good AC. There is a good shuttle bus into the city (book in advance). The hotel and grounds are really well maintained - there are always cleaners in the vicinity. The food is very good. It’s buffet-style but we bumped into a few chefs who confirmed that it’s all made fresh on site, down to the last loaf of bread. Once you know that, it’s particularly inpressive. The desserts and pastries are really quite special and the local dishes (tagines in clay pots etc) are delicious. Above all else, though, are the staff. Travelling with a baby can be stressful but this was soon forgotten as everyone made such a fuss of him. Sam’s enthusiasm is contagious and by the end of the week our child liked Andrea better than his own parents. She is a credit to the hotel and the Meliá company. We’d return in a heartbeat.

Agréable séjour, chambre propre service impeccable et une team d'animation au top du top. Je remercie particulièrement Kylie pour tous les moments de rire et de partage. Les partis de waterpolo, tir à l'arc, cours de salsa, aquagym et l'ambiance du soir c'est juste magnifique pour un séjour de dépaysement

Adorei o hotel é lindo...tipicamente árabe e o staff todos excelentes profissionais super queridos e atenciosos. Comida deliciosa para varios gostos. Noites tematicas espetaculares! Temos sempre transporte para o centro da cidade desde o hotel. Varias atividades desportivas. O resort é lindo, os jardins a piscina Super recomendo

Excellent séjour ! Accueil et prise en charge par Soufiane (FRAM) hors pairs (gentillesse, disponibilité, informations données... ont contribué à la perspective d'une bonne intégration. Restauration/bar impeccable avec du personnel de grande disponibilité de chaque instant (repas divers et variés de très grande qualité, service,...): Bravo à toute l'équipe : TOP CHEF ! Animation super avec une équipe dynamique toujours présente et contributive. BRAVO ! Bon hébergement m, propreté irréprochable : très bon service. Point à signaler : joint parois salle de douche à refaire (écoulement d'eau dans espace lavabo). A signaler également l'extrême gentillesse du personnel jardinier qui ne manque jamais du "bonjour et du sourire" 👍👍👍 Ketty M - BORDEAUX
