Service inexistant sauf en debut d’apres-midi pour entendre crier dans les couloirs les femmes de ménage, piscine pas nettoyée mouches et autres insectes qui flottent pas de wifi sauf a feux mettre debl’acceuil deux miniscules flacons de gelbdouche pour trois et trois nuits et que dire des repas buffet d’entrée sans huile ou autre sauce et dessert seulement orange,pomme et banane un jour sur deux identique sur les huit repas affreux et l’eau payante ennplus 20 dirams la bouteille

El hotel dispone de bar (con alcohol) en la piscina. No se dejen impresionar por las zonas comunes, el hotel es literalmente una VERGÜENZA: sabanas y toallas desgastadas y con un color que nada parecía blanco; sin presión de agua en los baños, imposible duch****; TV de decoración; nevera de mini-bar sin función alguna; escasa iluminación; sin enchufes en las habitaciones; sanitarios y griferías del principios del siglo pasado y los amenities consistían en dos sobres, fuimos a pedir papel higiénico y tras escalar a la recepción, nos dejaron en el suelo de la puerta de la habitación dos rollos empezados. El único sitio donde no daba asco permanecer de pie, era el balcón. Sobre el buffet, el peor de todo el país, era escaso ya que tenías lo mismo para desayunar y cenar. En conclusion una VERGUENZA.

Hotel antiguo, para pasar un dia. Las habitaciones amplias pero muy viejas. El desayuno y la cena normalitos. En general es un hotel tranquilo y muy viejo. La piscina no esta mal y el personal en general es amable.

La palabra es vergonzoso.Fuimos una pareja con tres hijos adolescentes. LA habitacion de los chicos no funcionaba el aire acondicionado ni la taza del baño que no tragaba. Nos cambiaron despues de mucho pedirlo a otra que el aire tampoco funcionaba(Echaba calor a 47 grados en la calle) y la taza estaba usada con papel higienico con restos de alguna otra persona. En la habitacion nuestra habia calzoncillos,bragas y ropa interior debajo y al lado de nuestro colchon. Todo muy muy sucio. Una de las peores experiencias que hemos tenido.El hotel esta sin ningun mantenimiento ni cuidado y muy muy sucio. Es cero recomendable,alojaos en cualquier otro sitio

Per fortuna avevamo prenotato per una sola notte. Struttura fatiscente sia nelle parti comuni che nelle camere. Per cominciare, la piscina, accattivante nelle foto era sporca, come le zone comuni. Per salire in camera, piatti con avanzi posati nel sottoscala probabilmente del personale delle pulizie. Il corridoio di accesso alle camere sporco. Sappiate che cena e colazione sono a buffet e intorno e dentro la cesta del pane le mosche la facevano da padrone. Il personale poco cortese e non sicuramente attento all’igiene. Nel letto, mia figlia ha trovato dei capelli. Nel mio bagno la tazza aveva macchie di urina sul bordo. Inutile stia qui a dilungarmi oltre. Dico solo che le foto che troverete non corrispondono alla realtà. Sconsigliatissimo.

On our trip through Morocco, this was by farthe worst of 9 hotels. The only one where we did not get a welcome drink neither water on the room. (In all the other hotels we got at least one of these things and most of the time even both. Prices in restaurant were much to high; even our bill was not correct. Afterwards, we even saw that the prices on the tables were not the same as the prices the barkeepers use. Is the management treating? We gave our traveling agent the advice not to work with this hotel any more.

Hotel con solera, muy espaciosas las habitaciones con aire acondicionado y mobiliario retro total. Cuenta con piscina central (aprehensivos al agua de dudosa calidad mejor no bañ****). Sitio muy tranquilo y agradable en una ciudad también muy tranquila. Desayunos y cenas correctos. Los gatos, muy abundantes en Marruecos, están pululando por el restaurante durante las comidas. Hotel recomendable, es un remanso de paz.

Average hotel which deserves a refresh and better attention to cleanliness. The lighting is dim and does not hide everything. Some examples: a broken toilet paper holder, broken light bulbs in the bathroom mirror, questionable cutlery, and the surface of the pool is not suitable for swimming...and staff who are not always friendly. Damage.

Lovely setting. Very clean. Lovely pool area with a nice bar. Restaurant nice and you can sit outside next to the pool and eat your breakfast. Rooms a good size with opening doors with a balcony ledge. Fridge was welcome and air conditioning. Good value for money. Breakfast was nice enough.
