設施：酒店設施老舊，房卡去前四次終於能打開房門
衞生：衞生還不錯，衞生間挺大
環境：有泳池，整體環境還可以
服務：前台還算熱情，就是房卡製作了四次才能進房間也是醉了

Amabilidad y excelente situación, buen desayuno buffet, gran piscina, jardines muy limpios y cuidados, habitaciones amplias y comodidad, aire acondicionado, frigorífico pequeño y tv( solo cánales árabes , parking gratuito en puerta del hotel , perfecto para comer nicer a Quarzazate o una noche camino al desierto o las gargantas

Overall the service is good, especially the waiters in restaurant, the maintenance workers, they are polite and friendly. Much appreciated their service.
Only 3 ladies in reception were not good of service due to reconfirming my booking more than 5 times! This is not acceptable! I already provided the booking number by your email but still found my booking, very annoying and wasting my time to visit reception due to they blocked my access card of room.

Même si la variété et la qualité du buffet du dîner est vraiment tres décevante et beaucoup trop cher.. L'accueil, la gentillesse, le cadre, le confort et l'ambiance, nous ont fait oublier ce point négatif et nous ont permis de passer un très agréable séjour. Éviter le buffet du diner et aller manger en ville. Pour le reste c'est très bien .

Bel endroit, belles chambres confortables et bien équipées. Repas sympathique et variés. Le serveur Salah est très attentionné. Les personnes de l'accueil sont très réactives à nos besoins. Je recommande fortement cet établissement.

I stayed for three nights at the Karam Palace as part of a motorcycle tour of the Atlas Mountains (with Desert Rats) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is large and the rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean with a ;are ensuite and all the usual accessories including air con (although it wasn't required during this trip). There is a large pool, spa facilities (which ofter require pre-booking), two bars, and dining facilities. The food was all self service and of a varied and good quality. All-in-all a really enjoyable stay and a recommended hotel.

Cet hôtel est très beau, les chambres sont typiques et très belles (très propres). Nous avons rencontré et échangé avec Enzo un des PDG qui est très disponible et qui donne de très bonnes adresses. Il est vraiment adorable. On reviendra! Kelly, Jordan et Sohel

Nel complesso è un buon hotel, accogliente e ben arredato, con piscina bella grande. Le nostra camera e il bagno erano ottimi e funzionali con 2 letti a una piazza e mezza molto comodi e, dopo una notte nel deserto, abbiamo trovato una superdoccia che funzionava benissimo (cosa non scontata). Colazione ottima.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per una notte di ritorno dal deserto di Merzouga. La struttura ha bisogno di grande manutenzione e ristrutturazione,la nostra camera (suite familiare) aveva i bagni rifatti da poco e perfettamente funzionanti. Cena sconsigliata mentre la colazione era buona. Una mansione speciale al proprietario molto gentile.
