Friendliness and excellent location, good buffet breakfast, large swimming pool, very clean and well-kept gardens, spacious and comfortable rooms, air conditioning, small refrigerator and TV (only Arabic channels, free parking at the hotel door, perfect for a nice meal in Quarzazate or a night on the way to the desert or the gorges

Overall the service is good, especially the waiters in restaurant, the maintenance workers, they are polite and friendly. Much appreciated their service.
Only 3 ladies in reception were not good of service due to reconfirming my booking more than 5 times! This is not acceptable! I already provided the booking number by your email but still found my booking, very annoying and wasting my time to visit reception due to they blocked my access card of room.

Even if the variety and quality of the dinner buffet is really very disappointing and much too expensive... The welcome, the kindness, the setting, the comfort and the atmosphere, made us forget this negative point and allowed us to have a very pleasant stay. Avoid the dinner buffet and go eat in town. For the rest it's very good.

Beautiful place, beautiful comfortable and well equipped rooms. Nice and varied meal. The server Salah is very attentive. The people at reception are very responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this establishment.

I stayed for three nights at the Karam Palace as part of a motorcycle tour of the Atlas Mountains (with Desert Rats) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is large and the rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean with a ;are ensuite and all the usual accessories including air con (although it wasn't required during this trip). There is a large pool, spa facilities (which ofter require pre-booking), two bars, and dining facilities. The food was all self service and of a varied and good quality. All-in-all a really enjoyable stay and a recommended hotel.

Overall it is a good hotel, welcoming and well furnished, with a nice large swimming pool. Our room and bathroom were excellent and functional with 2 very comfortable queen-size beds and, after a night in the desert, we found a super shower that worked very well (not a given). Excellent breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel for one night on our way back from the Merzouga desert. The structure needs major maintenance and renovation, our room (family suite) had bathrooms recently redone and in perfect working order. Dinner not recommended while breakfast was good. A special task to the very kind owner.
