I paid a 50$ deposit via credit card, but the front desk made a mistake and made me pay 100$. It's been over a month now and still no refund, which is more than what I paid for the stay.

The environment is comfortable, heated, and the staff is friendly.
The only drawback is that the electric water heater is used for bathing, so hot water is limited and you need to wait.

The service staff at the front desk and restaurant are polite and enthusiastic. The breakfast is rich in variety. You can see the pyramid from the restaurant on the top floor. Although the room is not big, it is richly equipped. It can be seen that the operator is very attentive.
