Aracan Pyramids Hotel

This is the first time I have to give a bad review. Due to having to change rooms several times, I have experienced 4 rooms in total. The good things are the good breakfast and the proximity to the pyramids. BUT: - In room 1, a pipe burst as soon as I used the sink. I immediately reported it; still, no one was there even when the water reached the bed and the outside hallway. - There was no light in room 2. - In all rooms it was very difficult to find a working outlet. - The internet did not work in any of the rooms; not even in the reception or breakfast room. - Room 3 was clearly not cleaned. - 3 out of 4 balcony doors were broken --＞ freezing cold (in February). - Rooms are on the street side --＞ extreme traffic noise, all night long - I had nothing to carry and therefore always asked to leave without the concierge. Nevertheless, he always followed me just to say "Money me". The most terrifying was last night when I arrived at 2 and had to leave at 6, just wanting to get to bed. I was falling asleep when there was a knock on the door. I opened it a crack, he entered my dark room (I was clearly in my pajamas), sat on my bed & turned on the TV. It took me minutes to get him out of my room while he stammered "Money me" (unsuccessfully this time).

Although there were some disappointing aspects regarding the hardware, the staff were all very kind and helpful. When you enter the room, they will check every nook and cranny, and if there are any problems, I recommend that you immediately ask for a room change or repairs. The front desk and restaurant staff were friendly, easy to ask for, and helpful.

I thought that there was no such thing left, but I was wrong. Everything is terrible, from breakfast to cigarette-stained beds, smoky rooms and bathrooms that are completely covered in mold/shabby. Very dirty hotel, the ground floor pool has been converted for local weddings and feasts, and the rooftop pool is not accessible to hotel guests, only local school children. The rooms were not cleaned, the elevators broke down two or three times a day, the windows were broken, so the noise in the room on the 6th floor was so loud that it felt like they were honking and yelling in our hallway. If you don't want to ruin your holiday, avoid this hotel.

J ai choisi cet hôtel pour le prix et la piscine Je pars faire mes excursion et en rentrant vu qu'il fait 40° on me dit que la piscine ferme a 15h sans explication. Je déconseille cet hôtel. Je suis obligé de remplir la baignoire pour me détendre un coups
