Overall, this hotel is very good. The staff at the lobby desk are very considerate. I checked in too late on the first night and found that the washbasin in the bathroom was broken, which surprised me! The next day, we negotiated with Ctrip to change rooms. Although the breakfast was not very rich, it had a well-balanced mix of meat and vegetables. It was no problem to feel full. It was only a few minutes' walk to the city center!

The stay went well, the room was clean and comfortably furnished.
In the klov17 restaurant, the service was slow, even a bit rude at first. I was disappointed when the only vegan dish on the menu is a burger, even though the salad could easily be a vegan dish. I asked if I could have the salad vegan, the waiter asked the kitchen and the answer was that I should have ordered it in advance. Was able to list a few possible dishes though. I chose the ground artichoke soup, which was excellent, thank you.
After that, I thought about what the vegan breakfast offer might be like. However, fortunately, it was very good. The vegan products are well marked, there is a vegan omelet to order, which was good, as well as a vegan veggie steak. Your breakfast was crowned with a vegan berry mousse served in a small glass, thank you.

We spent the weekend at the Lapland Hotel.
A really nice hotel, clean places and everything worked as it should, but we felt that the price/quality ratio did not meet.
Standard room, toilet, shower, two nights €500.
We were left wondering what we paid the extra €250 for.
