The staff at the front desk were just fantastic. I learned that one was a coal miner before coming to Ouray to work at the Hot Springs Inn. The view with the river just outside the balcony was simply amazing! Directly from our room, we were able to access the Riverwalk and did a lovely loop on a well-manicured gravel Trail. Would definitely come again. Five stars.

Une nuit passée dans un cadre idyllique, à deux pas de la rivière nichée entre les montagnes. La chambre était joliment décorée, avec goût tout comme le reste de l'hôtel d'ailleurs qui vous met dans l'ambiance des lieux (pensée pour Chief Ouray). Petit-déjeuner gracieusement offert, gentillesse des réceptionnistes. A recommander.

Friendly staff at check in. Western themed room with 2 king size pillow top beds with nice linen and pillows. Room size is above average and clean and well thought out. Room had everything we needed. Including a safe!! We enjoyed our patio/deck listening to the river just outside. Would diffently stay again and recommended to family and friends!!

Excellent property at the north end of town. Two mile river walk loop right behind hotel, various food and drink options within walking distance and beautiful views from either side of hotel. Staff were very friendly and easy to work with. Board games available in lobby and free breakfast available in the mornings. If you plan on completing the perimeter trail around the city, easy access to two trailheads are just a short walk south on either side of the hot springs pools. We chose the most inexpensive room and were surprised to find it was very spacious with two king beds, fireplace and balcony. Fridge and microwave available in room, with an added bonus being the microwave was above average sized.

The rooms here are wonderful! Very clean and warm. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Recommend staying here any time you are in Ouray!
