O hotel tem uma boa estrutura e quartos espaçosos.
Pontos positivos: Quarto espaçoso, estacionamento grande e bons preços de lavanderia.
Pontos negativos: Chuveiro ruim (sai pouca água e muito espalhada), piscina que fica quase dentro do restaurante e café da manhã que apesar de muita variedade, não parece ser renovado todos os dias.

O atendimento é excelente, as recepcionistas muito atenciosas principalmente a Caroline uma excelente profissional. Sugiro apenas que seja pego no início as placas dos veículos, pois como tem ficado muito cheio ocorre o risco de algum veículo fechar a passagem e com o controle dos veículos consegue acionar o proprietário para desbloquear a passagem.

Portaria : funcionario mal arrumado com roupa suja atendendo no balcao. Foi comunicado que telefone do quartobestava estragado mas nada foi feito nos outros dias de estadia
Comida mal feita, carne dura , nao era picanha mas foi vendida como tal.
Vaso sanitario com descarga vazando.ovo do cafe da manha pessimo...

Hotel muito bom, café da manhã cheio de opções, atendentes muito atenciosos, o serviço de lavanderia é muito bom também, fica tudo pronto no mesmo dia. Único detalhe é que o ar condicionado deixa a desejar, já fiquei 3x lá e em quartos diferentes, nenhum ar condicionado funcionava direito.

Hotel muito bom com uma vista espetacular. Durante a estadia de 19/09 a 08/10. Só trocaria o.sabonete liquido disponível para uso na banheira de hidro para um que faça espuma ou melhoraria a pressão da hidro. Colocaria touca de plástico para nós mulheres proteger o cabelo na hora do banho. No mais o atendimento muito bom. Com profissionais muito educados.

Os prós superam em muito os contras. Como certos aspectos são extremamente subjetivos acabei relevando pequenos pontos como a grade de tv pir assibatura fraca ( para mim ) e um tipo de suco apenas no café da manhã. Mas apesar disso , o ar descontraido , informal do local , faz com que nos sintamos bem , funcionarios receptivos e educados , bom restaurante , café da manhã com grande variedade de opções salgadas e doces , otimo café. Medidas preventivas quanto à covid bem rigidaa. Uma piscina mediana , com local espaçoso e vista maravilhosa. Uma pequena sala para atividades fisicas aberta 24 horas.

Desde a arrumação dos quartos, limpeza, atendimento e simpatia dos atendentes, até o excelente café da manhã. Vale relatar que o esguicho do banheiro estava com vazamento e foi reparado no dia seguinte.

Otel gerçekten çok güzel. Çocuklarımız çok eğlendi. Havuzlar Aquaparkta çocuklarımız hiç sıkılmadan eğlendi. Havuz temizliği çok iyiydi. Rahatlık ile çocuklarınızı havuza sokabilirsiniz. Yemekler de her gün et tavuk balık ürünü bulabilirsiniz. Yemekler çok lezzetli misafir ilişkileri bizlere tatil süresince çok yardımcı oldu. Tüm personele çok teşekkür ediyorum. Odalar her gün pırıl pırıl temizleniyor. Seneye tekrardan görüşmek üzere...
