Não existe pousada melhor. Ja estive em pousadas com valores bem mais elevados que não entregam a cordialidade e atenção com extrema qualidade conforme esta pousada. É impressionante como os detalhes são bem avaliados nesta pousada, termos que as vezes não nos damos conta, mas fazem total diferença no conforto. Um agradecimento especial para o J.Benicio, que é um cidadão de ouro preto, conhece muito a história, fora toda cordialidade e atenção com os hóspedes. Muito Obrigado Benicio e a todos pela excelente experiencia. Com certeza voltarei.

Passamos um final de semana encantador! A equipe é extremamente atenciosa e faz de tudo para nos proporcionar uma experiência agradável e acolhedora. Era meu aniversário e no café da manhã fui agraciada com um delicioso bolo de parabéns. Fiquei muito feliz com o gesto atencioso. Ha um serviço de van que nos leva e busca até a praça principal para evitar deslocamentos com o próprio carro. Recomendo a hospedagem no Arcanjo!

O Hotel Pousada do Arcanjo é excelente! Tudo muito agradável, desde o atendimento dos funcionários (todos muito bem educados e atenciosos), até os quartos, café da manhã, chá da tarde e o ambiente extremamente aconchegante. Quando retornar a Ouro Preto com certeza hospedarei novamente.

Pousada do Arcanjo is a charming hotel located of the northern edge of Ouro Preto. The hotel is comfortable and offers 22 rooms in style. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Note that streets of the town are amongst the steepest on the planet. Walking is OK but you better be fit. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the centre. In the afternoon complimentary tea & cake is served. Staff is dressed in late 18-hundreds valet dress, and friendly & very helpful. Our room was nicely furnished and decorated, with a good queen-size bed, TV, air-conditioning, desk & chair, open wardrobe & fridge. We had a separate bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower. All was clean. The window can be opened. The buffet breakfast is very good: a choice of cookies & cakes, bread & rolls, ham & cheese, butter & marmalade, scrambled eggs, juice & fruits, cereals & yoghurt, tea & coffee. We found Pousada do Arcanjo comfortable, and we had a good stay. Highly recommended.

Café da manhã maravilhoso com muitas variedades. Hotel bonito e confortável, atendimento excelente, localização ótima, cortesia de Transfer para o centro histórico. O que é horrível no hotel é o chuveiro porque a água não esquenta de jeito nenhum, mesmo reclamando não tomaram providências. No quarto do casal colocaram 2 camas de solteiro juntas, bem estranho.
