Hotel perfeito! Além de lindo, confortável, enxoval e produtos de higiene de excelente qualidade, restaurante mto bom, café da manhã delicioso. Atendimento ótimo.
Tivemos um probleminha com o ar-condicionado do apt, mas depois ele funcionou.

Localização excelente. É possível explorar os principais pontos turísticos a pé. Os quartos mais antigos necessitam de isolamento acústico e sao pouco iluminados a noite, mas são espaçosos e muito confortáveis. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e o estacionamento disponível no hotel é uma mão na roda.

Pontos fortes: conforto da cama e do quarto, bom chuveiro, toalhas e roupas de cama maravilhosos. Hotel é lindo, mas precisam ficar mais atentos com a manutenção do hotel.
Parte da piscina precisa de uma boa reforma. Piscina soltando pastilhas, estofados rasgados. Quarto com diversos pontos de infilltrações nas paredes.
Nosso quarto foi ser arrumado quase por volta de 18:00, isso porque tivemos de ligar 3x na recepcao solicitando o serviço. O quarto estava liberado para limpeza desde 9:30!!!!
Café da manhã também não surpreendeu. Esperava muito mais pela estrutura do hotel.

Colchão muito desconfortável . Do lado do meu marido deu dor nas costas estava bem irregular , acredito que velho . Cortinas que ficam dentro da banheira muito desconfortáveis tb e até anti-higiênicas a meu ver …
