I just loved this lodge. It had everything we needed. The walk was amazing and as we loved trees . . Well done to you and I hope you keep this place. A really gem in Namibia. From the bedrooms to the lounge and swimming pool. Everthing was clean and the staff super helpful. NOthing was a problem I will be back.

Vriendelijk ontvangst en mooie kamers (wij hadden olifant, alles gedecoreerd met olifant thema). Fijne douche. Bij het diner was er keuze tussen vlees en vis, beiden erg lekker. Mooi zwembad en terras waar je lekker kunt relaxen. Helaas konden alle activiteiten die ze op de website aanbieden, niet gedaan worden. dat was wel een tegenvaller. Maar toen we vroegen naar een wandeling met gids, kregen we de hond mee als gids! Hij heeft ons inderdaad over de berg geleid, maar gelukkig stonden er ook hier en daar pijlen op de rotsen, want de hond was nog wel eens afgeleid.

Der Empfang persönlich, wir wurden freundlich und offen mit dem Vornamen empfangen. Zu den Zimmern ist bereits viel geschrieben, diese sind sauber und verfügen über ein großes Bad. Ob man in dieser trockenen Gegend ein Vollbad in der Badewanne nehmen muss bleibt jedem selbst zu entscheiden. Das Zimmer verfügt über Klima, Kühlschrank und eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit, vor dem Bungalow lädt eine kleine Sitzecke zum verweilen ein. Das Essen und die Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiter war sehr gut. Wir können die Lodge als Zwischenziel sehr empfehlen.

We were camping for two nights. The campsites have a lot to offer, it was clean, there was electricity & running water. There were however noisy men (non-guests) making a lot of noise & drinking during mid-day. One of these gentlemen also found themselves making use of the ladies bathroom. When returning from a wedding that we attended we found some of our camping equipment misplaced & not where we left them. Overall the visitors ruined our stay at Ijaba. They made the campsite feel unsafe and an overall bad experience.

Un lodge perdu dans la forêt entouré d’orangers, pamplemoussiers… - lodge : ambiance africaine garantie. Toute la décoration de l’hôtel a été faite avec amour sur ce thème par les propriétaires « allemand ». - chaque habitation : propre, grand et accueillant. - service du personnel : souriant, professionnel et attentionné. - restaurant du lodge : excellent. Le chef cuisine avec les produits de son jardins (que nous avons visités). Nous vous conseillons ce lodge!!!

Wir waren für 2 Nächte in der Lodge und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Pool, sehr gutes Essen uns freundliches Personal, das sich sehr um unser Wohl bemühte. Wir hatten das Glück die deutschen Eigentümer kennenzulernen und führten am Abend sehr nette Gespräche. Wir machten mit Andreas eine einstündige Tour zu Fuss, die sehr lehrreich war, im besonderen erfuhren wir viel über die verschiedenen Bäume, wie Bottletree, tree of live, etc. Die Bungalows sind relativ gross und sehr sauber. Das Bad ist sehr modern und besonders gross. Wir können diese Lodge mit gutem Gewissen nur empfehlen.

Sehr saubere, gesckmackvoll eingerichtete und grosse Bungalow. Gastgeber und das Personal sind sehr nett. Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Windhoek Richtung Sesfontein. Der ideale Zwischenstopp in Outjo, wo man auch gut Lebensmittel einkaufen kann. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Eine Lodge wie man sie gerne hat, man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Alles sehr gepflegt, Garten , Pool und Zimmer. Die Einrichtung ist afrikanisch, vom Sitzbezug bis zum den Handtüchern alles mit afrikanischen Motiven. Dazu überall die Bilder der deutschen Besitzerin mit afrikanischen Motiven. Jederzeit gerne wieder, absolute Empfehlung.
