Wir haben uns hier eingemietet um Golf zu spielen und die Weinregionen zu erkunden und dafür ist es wunderbar. Man muss aber wissen, dass es kein Urlaubshotel ist, sondern mehr für Events, Meetings und Shopping-Ausflügler genutzt wird. Die Villa ist wunderschön, die Zimmer groß mit großen Balkonen zum Park hin. Das Restaurant bietet eine sehr gute Karte, die Weinkarte bietet eine großartige Auswahl, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht auch englisch. Die Lage inmitten der Weinberge ist genial. Der Pool war leider ab Mitte September geschlossen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Dans un décor intérieur très rétro et très sympa, vous découvrirez un hôtel au calme avec une restauration surprenante et excellente Si vous cherchez un endroit reposant, celui-ci vous conviendra parfaitement. Le petit déjeuner est très bien achalandé

Nous avons découvert une superbe maison pleine de charme et de beaux objets avec un parc super Piscine en plein air profonde et longue Le dîner a l extérieur délicieux avec des fruits de mer . Une très bonne surprise pour nous ! Personnel charmant et serviable

Posto stupendo, staff super gentile e disponibile e un’organizzazione perfetta della festa. Camera con una super vista, ampia con un grande balcone dove anche prendere il sole. Tornerò sicuramente anche con i bambini. Plus non da poco la piscina perfetta per momenti magici!

I have stayed at this hotel on couple of occasions . First impressions seem good. It's in a lovely location and the reception area features antiques. However the rooms are very dated, the carpet worn thin and threadbare, the fridges a joke in keeping anything even half way cool, and the whole establishment needs a total overhaul. Classed as a Relais, or superior hotel, Villa Pomela is closer to a three star hotel. The service is almost non-existent. My husband and I waited close to 30 minutes in the garden before we went looking for a waiter to bring us a drink. Then it took forever to arrive, and this happened more than once. Breakfast has improved from what it used to be, but while one girl did her best, there are just not enough staff. Again, I had to go to the kitchen door to order more coffee as no one appeared to offer more each day we were there. Villa Pomela is charging 5 star prices for three star service and rooms. There are other better hotels in the area.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido Hotel " RELAIS VILLA POMELA", per passare un fine settimana allo shopping, perché molto vicino al famoso outlet. la mattina abbiamo fatto una colazione fantastica, tutto il personale simpatico e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Camere ampie e ben pulite. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato. Ci rivedremo presto.

Struttura molto bella ed elegante, giardino esterno ben curato ed accogliente, camera spaziosa e arredata con gusto. La colazione buona con vari dolci, salato e frutta. Buon Wi-Fi, personale gentile. Per l’auto grande parcheggio disponibile.

Molto superficiali nella gestione delle allergie sia a pranzo che a cena, nonostante siano stati avvisati in anticipo. Interpretano le esigenze, senza ascoltare, e così suggeriscono come adeguati piatti che in realtà contengono l’ingrediente da evitare. Una volta allertati, insistono con un atteggiamento arrogante. La salute dei clienti non può essere gestita con leggerezza. Location gradevole per gli spazi curati, dal giardino alle aree comuni fino al vigneto.
