A beautiful hotel, great gym, the staff are friendly and accommodating. I come to town for business a few times a month. We always have extra pillows delivered to the room, due to pain issues, but the beds are always comfy. I have other choices but continue to choose this Marriott location.

Nice room, clean and quiet. Room was on fifth floor. Gym and the M club were well appointed and looked very new to me. Restaurant was lively.

We live in the KC Metro area and once or twice a year we stay at this Overland Park Marriott for a short getaway. The hotel has a modern vibe, and is close to shopping and restaurants. The staff is great and as usual, we enjoyed our relaxing getaway.

Hotel food is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean, serviced each day. Best gym I've seen. Only complaint is bed was not as soft as I like. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel. Great amenities and rec center/pool. Nice bar and breakfast was very good. Only negative was the Gated parking lot which was a bit inconvenient at times. You had to put in your door key to enter/exit which was a problem after checking out for those of us who turned in room keys. Not sure why they need that as it wasn’t in a downtown business area where others might use the lot?

Room looked great and was well maintained. Had dinner in the restaurant and Bayli was amazing and took great care of us. The burger and the salmon were spectacular and the bourbon selection was top-tier. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and made us feel welcomed. Hotel was packed with families in town for a soccer event. Although we were not there for the soccer event, the families that were there were some of the nicest and most considerate people. I realize that has nothing to do with the hotel, but wanted to mention it.

Everything was great and would have given 5 stars, BUT, the room 338 would not cool off and stayed warm all night. Too late to change rooms so we just dealt with it. At reception I was impressed that the receptionist came around the counter to talk to me when it was loud and could not hear well. Great service by the manager at breakfast room too... she was awesome!

Outstanding service and great hotel! The Overland Park Marriott is my go while in Overland Park - the staff exemplifies customer service - especially Di, Sharon, Judy, Lisa, Bailey, Thu, Kelly, Kaitlyn, Manu, Samantha and Niko. I’ve had the pleasure of staying here multiple times over the last year and each time, the service and staff are always superb. Thanks for making the Overland Park Marriott my home away from home.
