This property is being renovated. Although the front area is being worked on the, staff was very friendly and helpful. The work did not impact my stay and look forward to staying here after the renovations are completed.

The rooms was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was a little dated. but its in the process of being remodel. Would have been nice to know this before we booked our stay. but the staff went above and beyond to ensure out stay was comfortable.

Was concerned once I arrived and saw it was under construction but quickly realized that it wasn’t going to affect my stay at all. The young man at the front desk was great and extremely friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We were not informed at booking that the property was undergoing renovations. The construction was pretty intense and it should have been noted long before we got there. Because the front desk was relocated to a common room, the back door by the elevators was left unlocked and had a note on the door indicating that it would remain unlocked. This did not feel safe to me.

I think this property may need or have just gotten new ownership. Run down and didnt meet my expectations for this brand. Fitness room equipment needs fixed, screws holding door handles on, limited hot water, running toilet. I just expected more. Stay somewhere else if these things matter to you. To be fair, they are doing some remodeling now so I didn’t address anything related to that.

Everything is good except bathroom is very small and crowed. Like they have two sinks outside the bathroom.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, unknown before we arrived. Staff was nice; breakfast was fair. The hotel does not seem that old, but was ridden hard and put away wet. Wait until renovations are done before booking.
Also note: there is another property with the same name; luckily, the staff there was kind of enough to direct us to our property. Both properties are under renovation.

This Hyatt is going under extensive refurbishment and it never was a problem for my stay. The bed was great and breakfast too The hotel was very quiet. Love the Hyatt point system too. I will be back.
