From day one the manager acted like everyone was suspect , and dont book online he acted like you stole from him they like you to walk in so he can charge more , and if you have a room in one building and visitors for other occupants park in your spot and you have no place to park it's ok you can park on the other side because your complaint falls on deaf ears , the night I broke down and had to walk back I paid online because I wasn't going to make it in time I made it back at 2am the manager gets upset because I didn't come to office lol yeah , has piece of 1x2 holding up sink, dryer doesn't dry clothes leaves damp I mentioned it he acts like so what, walking in on occupants rude and. Very unprofessional, his wife was polite, nice and professional, the rest needs much improvement and I know the reply I will get we strive to improve yeah right, breakfast ****** packaged donuts , I'll never stay there again.

The property was pretty sketch. We arrived around 6-7 and no one was there but we figured it because people are traveling and we arrive latter in the night. Upon checking in they charges a deposit; which was normal. They also charges a utility fee which i never heard of in all my time traveling. The toilet in our room was like a public restroom toilet and didnt even have a back to it. The bathroom was dirty, especially the tub. I was afraid to use the towels provided. Im pregnant and the bed was so uncomfortable! I was up all night tossing and turning. I wouldnt recommend to my family and friends driving through. Spend a little more money and stay at the hilton!

Our family had 3 different rooms and they were accommodating to switch one of the rooms to a bigger one for my daughter's family. Clerk on night duty really needed to be convinced to give us more than the three towels they put in each room. Breakfast was ok but very minimal.
