Travelers Beware! An employee of this hotel walked into my room with his hotel issued key card unannounced... I was NAKED! No knock, no phone call, he handed me a piece of paper to tell me they were shampooing the carpets the next day! In my room I found a Rusty cAn opener, blood on a bathroom wall, stained pillow case and more. I complained to the front desk who didn't care. The following day I demanded to speak to the GM, who also does not care! I contacted Hilton via Facebook messenger, who stated they asked for the GM to call me... he never called back! This is inexcusable!

Spotless hotel, comfortable, roomy suite, friendly staff. My only quibble, and I am ashamed to admit it, was the breakfast. I did not care for anything they presented and I was there over a week. The “omelets” were out of the freezer and into the microwave. The egg sandwiches were tasteless. No breakfast meat anywhere. The bananas were overripe and returned to the table daily. Bagels, bread, English muffins and waffles. All boring. Nothing sweet on the menu, other than syrup. Breakfast hours are from 6 to 10, very nice. Breakfast staff are great. I confess to nit picking. Oh, my wife loved the oa**eal. A big pot, not the individual packets.

The hotel was awesome. Everything from check in to check out was a great experience. The indoor pool was nice along with the spacious rooms.

Convenient location for shopping and food, and right off the highway which was ideal. Friendly staff and the room was great! Highly recommend this hotel!
